More Horton stuff, I seriously just now threw this together
 I'm not expecting much with this one. There's pretty much no fan art of her. She's pretty cool for a mom, I like her sarcasm. I also like how she knew about Jojo's hideout while Ned didn't. Ned: Sally, where's Jojo? Sally: Probably in the old observatory...
