More Horton stuff, I seriously just now threw this together :XD:

I'm not expecting much with this one. There's pretty much no fan art of her. She's pretty cool for a mom, I like her sarcasm. I also like how she knew about Jojo's hideout while Ned didn't.

Ned: Sally, where's Jojo?
Sally: Probably in the old observatory...
Me: Why didn't you know that when she does?!

Oh yeah, Sally O'Malley is the wife of the eccentric mayor of Whoville, Mayor Ned McDodd. She's a mother of 97 kids, blah blah (for those who don't know)
